Shoulders rounding over our phones.
The beauty of the human body is that it follows a very precise geometry.
When that geometry is aligned, the whole system functions smoothly and efficiently without friction.
When it’s not, we feel it as tension, pain, stiffness.
But something subtler happens too…
We also begin to lose sensitivity to the deeper intelligence within us. ✨
I’m talking about our connection to prana.
Our life energy that heals, sharpens awareness, and gives us an intuitive sense of how to live.
Surya Kriya is designed around this understanding.
It’s an ancient classical hatha yoga practice that gently brings the body back into its natural alignment and re-establishes a smooth flow of energy.

This was exactly my experience when I first learned the practice,
and it’s why I’ve stayed committed to it daily for the last four years.
