A question we all avoid...

Who is responsible for your life?
Somewhere along the way, many of us quietly handed that authority over to entities outside ourselves…
Education.
We follow the curriculum set by our governments and learn what we’re told we “need” to know.
Relationships / Business:
We rely on contracts, lawyers, and systems to define what’s fair and what’s allowed.
Health
We follow whatever a doctor, a government guideline, or a pharmaceutical company tells us is “best.”
But at what point do we step back in?
When do we take responsibility for ourselves, on behalf of ourselves?
Isn’t that part of what it means to exist as a conscious, awake being?
When we take ownership of ourselves and live consciously to take the necessary steps to work with our bodies, minds, and spirits, life begins to rearrange itself in ways that support our innate ability to heal.
This has been my lived experience and the experience of the many hundreds of people I’ve worked with.
Yet so many people forgo this path before they even begin.
They fear it will demand too much, that they’re too old to change, or that what they’re feeling is just “the way aging works.”
Let me be clear, my friend… it doesn’t take much.
Once you learn a few key pieces about how your system actually operates, you become the driver of your own vehicle.
Moving with clarity, confidence, and a calm authority from within.
If you haven’t yet found your way back to that internal knowing, that trustworthy sense of what your body needs to feel well, then join us this Monday, December 1st, 2025 @ 4pm PST.
We’re having a real conversation about how simple it can be to reclaim your power, reconnect with your system, and begin the innate healing process your body has been waiting for.
♥️,
Dr. Aliya
