I discovered a beet salad that has been my gut’s best friend this whole week.
I’ve eaten it pretty much everyday since, and I feel lighter and more energized because of it.
Why it’s a gut superstar:
Soluble fiber→ feeds your good bacteria → hello, anti-inflammatory butyrate
Insoluble fiber → toothbrush for your colon → sweeps away leftover debris
Beet power → wakes up your digestive enzymes
Bonus → helps clear extra cholesterol naturally ✨
Not to mention it's colourful, sweet, tangy, refreshing, crunchy, juicy, delicious and so satisfying - my mouth is watering as I write this lol.
Quick tip: Start with one serving. Too much fiber too fast = bathroom drama 😅
