Goals that last

Every new year (or new chapter), one of my besties and I get together to reflect on the year behind us and dream into what’s ahead.

We share highlights, talk big ideas, and get wildly excited about what we’re building toward...

And this year is going to be amazing!

I have a lot of fun, nourishing adventures planned for aliyamd in 2026 (stay tuned👀).

And personally, I’m looking forward to continuing and deepening things like calisthenics, singing, and yoga. 🧘🏼‍♀️

There’s something about a fresh start + a clear intention that feels incredibly energizing.

Not just for the new year, but every moment.

And if that seems difficult - just be aware when you wake up each morning, knowing you have a “new-you” opportunity to consciously create wellbeing.

That said… I hear this all the time:

Goals are easy to set.

Actually sticking with them? That’s where things tend to wobble.

So, in the spirit of doing new things and keeping them alive, I created a video that walks you through 3 simple ways to help your goals survive and thrive (instead of disappearing three days after you begin).👇🏼

I hope it feels supportive, grounding, and maybe even a little inspiring 😊.

❤️,

Dr. Aliya

PS. What’s one goal you’re bringing into 2026?
